Balloon flights depend entirely on weather conditions and on the safety decisions of the flight operator and the civil aviation authority. If a flight is cancelled for weather or safety reasons you are never charged. We will offer you the next available date, or cancel the reservation at no cost. These decisions can be made at short notice, including on the morning of the flight.

The flight itself lasts about one hour. Allow extra time for the pick-up, the pre-flight briefing and the return.
Flights are early in the morning, when the light is best and the weather is most stable. Pick-up is before dawn.
No. We do not take any payment through this website, and no card details are requested or stored. Payment is made in cash, one day before the tour, directly to our staff. We do not accept card payments. Prices shown on this page are per person.
The form sends us a reservation request. We then contact you by email or phone to confirm availability, the meeting point and the exact time. If we cannot run the tour on your chosen date, we will offer you an alternative or cancel the request at no cost to you.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Payment is collected in cash the day before the tour, so if you cancel before paying there is nothing to refund. Please be ready at least 30 minutes before the start time shown on this page. Where hotel pick-up is included, we collect you from your hotel in the Pamukkale area at the agreed time.
Yes, and the rule is the same on every tour. Children under 4 travel free of charge. Children aged 4 to 8 pay a reduced price, shown at the top of this page. From 8 years old the full adult price applies. Please tell us the ages of any children when you send your reservation request so that we quote you the right total.
