These terms apply to all tours and transfers booked through excursionpamukkale.com, operated by Excursion Pamukkale, Turgut Özal Cad. No:2/B, Cumhuriyet Meydanı No:7/C, 20190 Pamukkale / Denizli, Türkiye.
When you complete the reservation form on our website, you are sending us a reservation request. Your booking is not final until we confirm it. We contact you by email or phone to confirm availability, the meeting point and the exact time. If we cannot provide the tour on your chosen date, we will offer you an alternative or cancel the request at no cost to you.
We do not take any payment through this website. No card details are requested or stored online. You pay on the day of the tour, in cash or by card, directly to our staff. Prices shown on each tour page are per person and include the items listed under “Price Includes” on that page.
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Simply reply to your confirmation email, or call or message us on WhatsApp at +90 542 721 42 68. As no payment is taken in advance, there is nothing to refund. We kindly ask you to let us know as early as possible so that we can offer your place to someone else.
Date changes are possible subject to availability. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Hot air balloon flights depend entirely on weather conditions and are subject to the safety decisions of the flight operator and the civil aviation authority. If a flight is cancelled for weather or safety reasons, you are never charged. We will offer you the next available date, or cancel the reservation at no cost to you. Cancellations of this kind can be decided at short notice, including on the morning of the flight.
Where hotel transfer is included, we collect you from your hotel in the Pamukkale area at the agreed time. Please be ready at least 30 minutes before the tour start time as stated on the tour page. If you are not at the meeting point at the agreed time and we cannot reach you, the tour may depart without you.
Please follow the instructions of your guide and, on balloon flights, of the flight crew at all times. You are responsible for your own personal belongings. Please tell us in advance about any medical condition, pregnancy, reduced mobility, or any other circumstance that may affect your participation, so that we can advise you whether the activity is suitable.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Child and infant pricing is shown on each tour page.
If something goes wrong, please tell us during the tour if possible, so we can put it right straight away. You can also contact us afterwards at info@excursionpamukkale.com.
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of Denizli, Türkiye.
